Graston Technique

Graston is a therapeutic technique used to diagnose and treat disorders of skeletal muscle and connective tissue. The method employs a collection of six stainless steel tools of particular shape and size, which are used to detect and remove scar tissue from muscles and tendons. Because scar tissue is non-function, it is critical to remove it and restore normal muscle tissue in order to reduce chronic muscle spasm, tension, and ache, and to maximize strength, efficiency, and proper mechanics.
